Viewing Horses and Purchase Policy

Thank you for your interest in horses available through Horsezy. We look forward to helping you find the right horse or pony to match your goals. Due to high demand and frequent inquiries, we have established clear policies to ensure a smooth and fair experience for all buyers.

Appointments and Deposits

In person appointments are limited and reserved for serious buyers only. Our horses often sell quickly, and availability can change without notice. If you are highly interested in a specific horse, we strongly recommend placing a refundable deposit to secure your spot.

To schedule a visit, Horsezy requires a 40% refundable deposit on the horse you would like us to hold. This deposit ensures the horse is reserved exclusively for you while we arrange your appointment.

If you decide another horse is a better fit, your deposit may be transferred to a different available horse. In the unlikely event the horse is not suitable after your visit, the deposit remains refundable.

Horses are not held, and sales are not paused for other buyers, without both a deposit and a signed agreement in place.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Preferred payment methods include bank wire transfer and cash.
  • We also accept Zelle, Chime, and Apple Pay.
  • Cryptocurrency payments are accepted, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, and other major cryptocurrencies.
  • Cashier’s checks and money orders are not accepted.

Once you select a horse or pony, a Sale Agreement will be emailed to you for signature. Most buyers choose bank wire transfer because it is fast, secure, and allows us to schedule shipping without delays caused by check processing.

Our Buyer Commitment

Horsezy takes pride in carefully matching riders with suitable horses. In the rare case that a match is not ideal, we are committed to working with you toward a solution. Within the first 90 days, buyers are eligible for a full refund or a replacement horse based on preference.

Horsezy operates as a private facility. All visits are by appointment only. If you would like to schedule a visit, please contact us in advance so we can make proper arrangements.
